Resellers who advertise or sell Aqua Ultraviolet products below the established MAP pricing may forfeit all implied warranties associated with those products. Warranty coverage is only honored when products are purchased in compliance with our MAP policy through authorized channels showing details of the products purchased to be Genuine Aqua UV products.
This policy is in place to support fair and consistent trading practices across all resellers, protect brand integrity, and ensure long-term value for both our partners and customers.
